Scott did a great job repairing my dining room ceiling after a water line leak upstairs required removing a section of drywall by the plumber.  He also repaired a crack from a previous water issue. I contacted Scott about 5 different issues with door locks and closures.  He looked at each one (fixed one in 30 seconds) and advised me what to order from Home Depot. I had a disappointing experience with Scott Miller regarding a fascia board repair. After sending photos and details, it took multiple follow-ups and several days to get a response. My project required coordination with BGE to temporarily move utility lines, so a clear timeline and estimate were essential. Scott provided an hourly rate but was unwilling to provide an estimated duration or estimated availability. After a week of back-and-forth, he simply declined the project without explanation. I found the communication to be disorganized and unresponsive. If you are looking for someone professional and clear, I highly recommend Jordan Abramovitz instead.
